I am a Yoga teacher that is looking to find friendship and a possible relationship someday with someone that shares my passion and interest in Yoga and healthy living. I find that practicing "Ahimsa" or kindness to all beings is the key to life and happiness! I love practicing Yoga and teaching Yoga, helping others find peace and health through Yoga is a wonderful gift! I love nature, children and animals. I am also a mother of a very smart and beautiful little boy. I aspire to make my Yoga business grow and become a success helping others through Yoga the way that Yoga helped me. Yoga has helped me find courage in my own abilities as well as the meaning of Santosha or being ok with my current situation and who and what I am. I am hoping to perhaps find friendship right now and perhaps a relationship someday down the road. My favorite poses are trikonasana (triangle) and balancing half moon! I love triangle because of the stretch I feel in my hips and spine and the way I feel I can breath so freely in this pose, I love balancing half moon for the challenge of getting into the pose and for the beautiful open feeling of the breath once in the full expression of this beautiful pose. I would just love to share the joy of love of Yoga with others that feel the same way I do!
