- I love the idea of yoga and have been trying for over 30 years to actually do it. I have spent quite a bit of monies on tapes, mats instructions and still have not gotten into it the way I have always wanted to. I have been to a few introductory gyms. It is never to late and I have never lost the desire to delve into it so here I am.
