I am new to nauli with no personal help to show me the necessary finer points- should I do a lateral side-to-side or a circular side-to-side, I have just discovered the later and believe that's the way to go. Please open up a discussion so I can learn about this- I have really enjoyed doing it for the last 2 months.- Namaste- Tony
