Listening and Connection I feel that I am learning to live happily, joyfully, compassionately, consciously, maturely, and kindly on this life. Learning to, breath by breath, step by step, learn who and what I am, and then bring that into the world. I also find the emotional world very important and fascinating, as well as learning skills on how to connect and deal effectively with conflict, and how to deal with difficult emotions that arise in close or work relationships in a positive way. Relationships are very important to me. I like to dance salsa and I am currently learning hiphop, I also do yoga and I just finished a Ph.D. in molecular biology. One of my goals in life is to be happy and to bring happiness to others, it's also about growing, in a very important respect, to shift some of the patterns that have come from way back in my culture and ancestors to more positive ways of dealing with things, thus helping myself and future generations. I am basically wanting three things: somebody who is spiritual in the sense that personal growth and maturity are a priority, to learn to live kindly, consciously and joyfully; furthermore, somebody for whom skills in kind communication and relationships are also a priority, who wants to learn to face the deep issues that inevitable surface in an intimate relationship and to grow together with a partner both emotionally and spiritually; finally, somebody whom I am physically attracted to.
