Always growing I am constantly seeking new ways to learn and grow. I read as voraciously as I did 20 years ago, usually 2 or 3 at a time and love art and music. I'm a bit of a fitness fanatic, with a focus on Yoga and Pilates with an occasional swim for a change of pace. I'm very interested in how our every day actions can have a butterfly effect on the world around us--what we consume, how we speak, whether we give a smile or a frown to the guy on the corner--all have significance. I'm currently juggling multiple careers. I'm a practicing attorney, but I also teach Pilates and do Thai bodywork. I've developed a relatively recent passion for Ashtanga yoga, after having done Iyengar for a few years on and off.
