It's all Metta Basically, I'm here to meet a woman of substance who likes to enjoy the simple things in life and have fun without complications, from cooking at home, going to the movies, bowling or just taking a walk at the park. I exercise frequently and try to live a healthy lifestyle so it would be great if you do too.

I'm very family oriented and very sociable so I really enjoy having friends over for dinner, table games, a glass of wine or simply to have an inspiring conversation.

I'm currently taking the Yoga Teacher Training which which has been an amazing experience and plan on doing outreach programs to introduce Yoga to people with little or no access to it. Lately I've been also practicing Acroyoga which is been quite a discovery ... nothing beats the feeling you get from pushing your limits.

I believe in compassion and kindness as the roots of a happy life. Now add a good sense of humor, good food and good company and it would be impossible not to have a great time!

What do I expect from life?

Just to be able to enjoy every minute of it, to appreciate the good and the bad and to learn from it, to be an inspiration to the people around me and to be humble enough to let myself be inspired by others ... in other words, to have the strength to be able to live life with an open heart.
