I found yoga two years ago, and completed my Forrest Yoga 200-hour training this summer in Santa Monica. Intense but awesome.
Already living a healthy lifestyle, I was pretty inspired by the anatomy section of the course. Acupuncture, meditation, diet...anything that helps the practice.
I also love running, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and anything to do with self-improvement / personal change work. I'm a certified hypnotherapist specializing in kids with test anxiety. After spending time on Wall Street, it feels good to love the work that I do.
I grew up in Houston and have been back for over a year. I go to YogaOne, Yoga Ananda, and Joy Yoga. California beckons at some point, but for now, I'm pretty happy.
