Mudras & Yoga - a Life Worth Living While I've practiced Mudras (Hand Yoga) for years, I'm brand new to physical yoga and juicing. I'm looking for new friends, mentors and open-minded people.

I'm an incredibly creative and artsy person. You could say I'm a cross between a Lady and an Imp. And while I am shy to start, I usually bloom quite nicely. Patience, respect and a dose of humor are key when getting to know me.

I don't believe in thinking small. My ultimate personal goal is to become a true Renaissance Woman. I enjoy writing movie scripts, work as a freelancer, and own a small, origami note card business. Presently, I'm in a civil engineering program and intend on learning how to build bio-bridges to restart the migration patterns of bison, buffalo, pronghorn, caribou and javelinas in North America. Yes, I believe its possible, even preferable and its been a tremendous success in the Netherlands.

I think our country is growing stagnant because we've stopped moving around the country. I believe spiritually, re-starting the Great Migration will restart our own continent's growth.

I'm an Air Force Brat and have moved 47 times in 46 years, yet lived at my last location for 22 years.

As a result, my spiritual believes are very strong - but they are my own. I'm a Christian Whirling Dervish (Sufi), and I'm about as liberal as you can get. I love discussing religion and philosophy, but only if you have the wisdom-heart to agree to disagree. For us, its All about the Spin - Dogma is just fluff.

For first dates, I prefer coffee shops, breakfast, theatre, sports games, dancing, roller skating, yoga class, gyms, etc... - anything Low Key

I can be incredibly high-strung when nervous, so dinner, drinks, etc - usually aren't a good first date for me.

And while I love movies, they are hard to do when I'm trying to get to know someone. They are great for a 3rd or 4th date.
