Yoga Beginner
Yoga Beginner It's been many years since I tried doing yoga. I've never been very disciplined, when it come to doing regular exercise, so I didn't keep at it, over the years. Am starting up again, because I find it helps with a lot of the problems that come with getting older. But due to a bad back, bad heart, and CFS, I have to be kind of careful not to overdo. I'm looking for easy yoga workouts.
