Healthy Happy Yoga

I am a beginning yoga guy... I've found an ultimate experience and want to learn as much as my brain will soak up. I've lost 100 lbs. before starting yoga and would love to use yoga to lose lots more. I'm wanting to then start a weight loss yoga program for the morbidly obese, like I once was. For now I'm learning, playing, laughing, and loving yoga. I had to switch my living room around so now 3 people yoga in my living room. The more I yoga, the more I want yoga. I'm starting to dream yoga. I don't remember the last thing I dreamed about, but yoga is it.
