Heman Hi,I have always wanted 90 - 120 minutes of my time and indulge in some activity that can be engrossing. I tried for a couple of Years Martial Arts, Golf ,Wind Surfing,Snooker,Gym & Gynastics,Salsa,Running,TRX, Spinning,Harley Biking etc but nothing suprceedes Yoga.Yoga has worked for me more than externally, internally & spiritually. Yoga has like given me second life, strength & Will Power to withstand any calamity of Life. Now from over 6 years I have been practising Iyengar Yoga & Bikram Yoga. Yoga to me ids Ultimate. I would definitely like to make friends with all who love & practice Yoga. If I come accross my dream Yogini then would like to enter into long durable relationship.
