it’s wonderful to meet people who resonate in vibration. i feel connecting through our own self practice is a powerful foundation to meet.
i am a classically trained pianist, since a young child, performing and having lived a concert pianist path, carved my own path by bringing music into healing smaller intimate ways. i was introduced to yoga as a child and my connection to it is a means to go truly into myself, the journey to know myself rather than running away. i practice and teach, from my own experience, with respect to the roots of this practice, with patience ( i hope most of the time) to where i currently am. everything worthwhile requires patience , time and commitments, as do each relationships. my vision is to bring connection where it has been lost. raising vibrations through music and yoga.
