Jessica Gracefully I'm Jessica and Hope to connect with all lovers of this lifestyle awareness and peace that yoga gives me. My journey began as dancer maintenance and injury prevention and it absolutely soulfully enraptured me I wanted to know more and more and eventually share what and how it was changing me toward that amazing path to Devine consciousness! So I got certified in Hatha Basics and then in Larry Shultz' 200 Ashtanga program. Began teaching in Vegas until I moved to The South Bay in California hoping to intensify my teachings and practice. I most recently finished a 50 hr Mukti Chakra Elective with Chelsea Welch to gain a greater understanding of the amazing energy within us all. Heading back to my home state to Utah to hopefully help spread more of this love and passion with a dear friend to the community!!!
I seek to truly find those unique, honest, and inspiring souls to connect with. Yoga in particular... And also extend quality time into other aspects that make us all incredible outdoors (hiking, biking, camping, snowboarding) ,music,meditation, kirtin, cultural arts....
