I am 25 years young. lol I have been having Kundalini experiences lately and been having to stretch a lot to help it flow down a clear channel. I feel very drawn to yoga because of this. While I haven't taken yoga classes before. I have tried it out when it comes on FiT Tv. lol I am not joking about getting into Yoga.
