The sanskrit name, Lahari, was given to me by my first yoga teacher and life mentor, and it means wave. I will spend a lifetime understanding this relevance to me, but like the wave in the ocean, I am fluid, energetic, and live to surround myself with all that this vast infinite pool, called life, has to offer.

I am a showroom manager and part time yoga teacher, passionate about all forms of yoga, meditation, and chanting. I have been gifted with the ability to communicate through music, and I have recently developed a deep appreciation for chanting as a way to connect deeply with my spirituality. Sharing my voice through chanting gives me the greatest joy, and has enriched my yoga practice and teaching.

My other passion is my love for animals...specifically my two aging canines, Molly and Hunter, ages 13 and 10. Any man interested in meeting me should know, you "Must Love Dogs"! Like children, they are part of the package, and they have been known to steal the show from me, gaining all the attention of friends due to their winning charm and personalities...and looks, of course!

I am looking for a deep connection with someone. I am looking for a man who is not interested in superficial conversations, convenient dates, or playing games of any sort. I long to meet the man who is beyond all of that, who is in touch with his spiritual nature, practices Satya(truthfulness), and expects the same from me. Easy to say, not easy to do always, especially when physical attraction can cloud one's perceptions of compatibility. I am a student of truth, patience, compassion and love, and I hope to find someone who is accepting of the fumbles and tumbles I make as I practice these life lessons, and is willing to trip and fall with me along this journey.
