Our local rec club offers shallow water yoga, and I must say, I'm quite a fan. The best of yoga combined with still, hot water, dim lighting, and calming music.
Where is your favorite location to practice yoga?
I am happily married and currently celibate by choice. Not looking to change either. I am interested in learning more about the practice of yoga and especially in meeting new friends local to me.
