Fitness has always been an important part of my life, so I thought it would be great to find/meet others with the same interest in taking care of themselves.

Practicing and teaching yoga for 20 years has been life changing, teaching me as much as I teach others. I also have enjoyed teaching aerobics, spinning and toning classes.

My greatest joy has been being a mom and my latest joy is found in my 2 year old grandson. Family and friends are important reflections of who we are and where we've been.

Life can be challenging but as the saying goes...for every back there is a front and I always try to look for the front in all situations.

My interest is in meeting someone who is open to getting to know the 4Real me and in sharing who they are 4Real.

Don't let the age number fool you. Lots of energy and life to share.
