I am an absolute blabbermouth about the wonders of yoga so the inevitable happened. I was asked to teach a beginner class. Oh the TERROR!!
I had the marvelous opportunity to train with the spectacularly gifted and genuinely marvelous Stephanie Keach (45 hour certification) but OH how I want to know more!
