I describe myself as a woman who is passionate about creating a life that is based on connection! Meaningful connection with friends, family and my yoga community all add up to an abundant existence for me! I love the natural and spiritual beauty of Lake Tahoe and even after moving here 15 years ago from the east coast, I continue to be in awe of this place. Teaching and practicing yoga here has brought about powerful and transformative change to my life and I am ever grateful to live and work in a place I love ! Having worked as a Clinical Social Worker for years, I began to gravitate towards a more holistic way of living after attending my first yoga class nearly 12 years ago. I fell in love with the healing arts and I am now a birth Doula, yoga teacher, and a massage therapist. I am hoping to meet someone who shares the same passion for healthy living, finds joy in the simplest of things, and has an open heart.
