I have been practicing acupressure on myself since the age of 15. However, being extremely passionate about my holistic health & spirituality, I added basic yoga (mainly sun and kriya), pranayama at a leter stage so as to maintain a balance between mind, body and consciousness. Would like to take it to and advanced level through a Living Master/Guru. Good news is, the Almighty has led me to one.
