I have been practicing yoga for many years and I am a member of the self realization temple. I am recently widowed and would like to meet people that share my interests and values. I am also a C.N.H.P. and own gmp vitamins.com. I have a son in college, a degree in philosophy, a black belt in karate and a red sash in kung fu. My backyard is an herb and vegetable garden. I love to attend lectures by favorite authors and the like and love to travel.
