I am seek nothing or no one, but I am here to allow a connection. I know peace from war. i know love from hate. I know God from religion. I am who I want to be...an ever evolving soul. I am hoping to share the experience with some one either on a short finite path or infinite path.

My friends and family appreciate me for my warmheartedness and awareness. I simply enjoy life and all the gifts there are to appreciate. I love people and treat the world as my family. I am observant and take time to think. I believe that a good attitude will take you far. My ideal match gets it. She likes traveling and experiencing different cultures, but is also content with a big bed, a cold room, quilts and lazy weekends. She believes in balance. She has confidence, both personally and professionally. She loves herself, children, animals, and life in general. I love to laugh. I can be serious, but only when it is absolutely necessary. Good conversation and comfortable couch or patio can fill my afternoons. I find backpacking rejuvenating. I love the outdoors and find comfort in the woods or near bodies of water. I work hard and play hard. I am man’s man (what I am trying to say is I know how use a chainsaw, but also can sport a tux); born and raised in Wisconsin. I am proud of my work-ethic and self-conscious of my stubbornness.
I am looking for a relationship, but also looking for friends. I live my life with intent, I live on purpose and hope that you can handle that level of honesty.

Divorce- yes, I know...I wasn't planning on it when I was getting married. Long story short, my ex-wife and I have a great relationship and even better son. He and I have a great relationship, but it is not the traditional 50/50 - he needs more structure than that and I think he is a better kid for it. I consider it a positive...if you consider it a negative than we probably wouldn't see a lot of things eye to eye.
