Union or yolk I discovered Bikram Yoga back in 2006 and have had some form of yoga in my life ever since. This past year I have gone through vinyasa teacher training and am realizing that the knowledge I have gained is just the tip of the iceberg and this will be a life long journey.
I love the sense of community and the conversations I have with other yogis and yoginis.
