Beginning Yogini I wouldn't say that I'm a devoted yogi. Far from it. I would say that I love yoga and enjoy doing it. I love the way it helps me to reconnect with my body. I love how it's made me more aware of my posture and the little things going on with my body. I love the soft and gentle flow of yoga and the challenge of settling into a pose you're not entirely comfortable with.
I'd love to meet with other people interested in yoga - especially outdoor yoga! There's something really wonderful about yoga at sunrise or under a tree or on the beach. :]
