I am a mother 1st and foremost and much of who I am now revolves around birth and motherhood including my career. I am passionate about Science and Medicine and believe Holistic and Scientific medicine can and should meet for the greater good of the people. I discovered Yoga most recently, it had been something I was interested in but never stopped to try. I discovered through yoga I experienced less physical pain in my back which has been a life long issue and as a result continued to practice and learn more advanced poses. Aside from diminished pain I have slowly developed a balance and calm through yoga and it is gradually becoming a ever growing part of my life.
