ANyways, to speak of oneself is impolite so let me tell you this: there are lots of ''yoga teacher'' courses available nowadays. I want to try the Yin yoga course, as I find it interesting and I was offered a chance to practice in the near future. matter of factly Im looking at a video for it right now.
I read a book regarding Raga, last summer, and then realized that it was far too noble for me and a type of art, similar to Raja yoga, that is mostly no woman's land and not really what I'm looking for. Not that I'm trying to join or lead an all female yoga Class and have any pretention regarding this. I'm just careful and try to keep it balanced.
The reason why I'm doing this is to win against my laziness and be more diurnal. Thanks for reading

PS what I was mentioning earlier are two types of Yoga; Hebrew and Runic. Interesting concepts you can look into for some diversity.
