Single Baby Boomer Yoga Teacher I have been a yoganista since my early 20's, on a specific Raja Yoga path since 1991.

Me: I am still actively working in the world as a Life Coach. I believe thought creates reality, am here to share and lift others up - and that life is an amazing adventure with much to learn. I am grateful. I love to share ideas, encouragement and hope! I am an extrovert but need time alone to write, and do my spiritual practices. I believe in finding a true heart connection. I am creative, energetic, open to adventure, of English/Irish/Dutch descent. I see life as a gift to be enjoyed. People say I'm fun, generous, have a great laugh.I am quite healthy, and holistic in my thinking. I workout, walk, do yoga.

I moved from Seattle, WA to near Tucson, AZ in 2010, after vacationing here for several years. I love the sunshine (was raised in Dallas), the mountains, but am open to spending part of the year elsewhere.

My spiritual path of Eastern beliefs (centered in yoga and meditation) is the glue that holds me together!
