I have been practicing yoga for about 7 years and am training to finally and officially become a Vinyasa yoga teacher this month. Along with my love and passion for yoga I am also an experienced hip- hop and modern dancer. I believe that my love for physical fitness helps me to have a positive outlook on life and situations that are thrown my way. I am really interested in learning to sail/ windsurf/surf and eventually take part in a triathalon. So, if these things interest you, then hit me up!
