I've used yoga predominantly in terms of exercise. I have poor discipline but my is to retain some flexibility back, I'm too calcified my tender age. Raja seems to be the most complete theoretically and practically.
I stumbled upon Bikram yoga by accident and fell in love with it. I just can't get enough of it. I'm a competitive person with a passion for life, which includes practicing yoga. I'm looking for someone who can share this passion with me.
