I like to stay flexible. I have practiced some yoga and studied much of the Hindu writings and beliefs. I think yoga in America has been condensed and commercialised like everything else. I would like to meet a true practitioner of yoga but if not I would like to find someone who could show me more of the physical aspects and position patterns to stimulate good health and flexibility.
I've used yoga predominantly in terms of exercise. I have poor discipline but my is to retain some flexibility back, I'm too calcified my tender age. Raja seems to be the most complete theoretically and practically.
