Taking my practice off the mat... I'm a confident, energetic, friendly, upbeat person that likes to make the most out of life. I tend to have an optimistic outlook on most things. I believe life is about how you treat other people and how you give back. I also believe that all things happen for a reason and that they may actually be gifts in disguise.

You can find me practicing yoga, riding my bike, skiing, hiking, backpacking (solo even!), rock climbing, reading a good book, checking out live music, hanging out with friends, going out to dinner or watching the Rockies. I also love to travel and have a few summer trips planned.

I recently finished yoga teacher training, so my hope is that I will have a job teaching yoga soon!
